We realize your lives are complex and stressful enough. That's why we offer a wide variey of classes, private sessions, corporate workshops, and more so you never have an excuse to miss out on MELT! We strive to make it as simple as possible to teach you the treatments and techniques so you can be successful in maintaining a healthier, happier life, with less pain and discomfort.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
In a private session you will be assessed to find out what imbalances you may be dealing with, taken through a series of MELT movements and techniques based on your needs, and given a personalized Melt Map that best fits your body based on the overall assessment. Possible injuries, or issues you are currently facing will be addressed and discussed. This is the most beneficial way to learn about MELT and gain the most positive results. Sessions can be on location or at our Studio in Solana Beach or Del Mar.

$90 50 minute session
$300 package of 4 sessions
*Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all privately booked sessions. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in the full fee or cancellation of your voucher.
GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are taught at various locations throughout San Diego. In a group class you will receive a variety of different MELT Maps, movements and techniques. Each class is different and varied. You will always walk out feeling better than when you came in. The classes are designed to treat the most common imbalances found in ones body as well as incorporating the foot and/or hand treatment. The classes are designed so that anyone can come drop in at anytime, whether a regular or first time melter.

CORPORATE WELLNESS
This is a convenient way to experience MELT at your workplace, making it effortless and attainable for all employees. We offer a variety of services that are customized to your industry. For our corporate clients we come to the office and offer employees a custom map that is most beneficial to the type of work environment they are in. This can be set up as a one time workshop, or a weekly event depending on the intentions of the client. Corporate wellness is a wonderful way to keep employees healthy and happy, and many insurance companies will pay for these services.
WORKSHOPS
